Why have we made this change?
OSB Group wanted to strengthen its specialist expertise, and make it easier for intermediaries to choose the right lender, and products, for their customers.
With the launch of a new dedicated buy to let lending brand, Rely, and the strong position of Precise in the residential and bridging space, OSB Group decided to retire Kent Reliance for Intermediaries from new buy to let and residential business from 17 December 2025.
What about existing customers?
We’ll continue to support existing customers with the same high level of service as always.
Product transfers will remain available for existing buy-to-let and residential customers.
Staircasing will continue to be available for shared ownership customers.
