BMA award-winner Joe Baxter appointed as BDM for South

Specialist lender OSB Group has promoted Joe Baxter to customer-facing Business Development Manager (BDM), covering the South Coast to South Wales, including Southampton, Bristol, Bath and Cardiff.
Joe, who has been with the Group since 2019, joins the highly experienced network of field-based BDMs, supporting brokers and their clients with financial solutions from Precise Mortgages and Kent Reliance for Intermediaries.
He progresses into this position from his former role as an office-based BDM, covering OSB Group’s largest patch (North East England, Scotland, Devon and Cornwall), where his work earned him the British Mortgage Award for Best Telephony Manager 2023.
Prior to that, Joe spent 18 months in OSB Group’s Broker Liaison Team, building up his expertise in the specialist market.
